Calorie level 1100-1300 -- 1352

Exercise Routine -- I did my spark routine today and that is as far as I went. And I walk/jog 2 miles and played outside with my daughter.

Weight- I changed I am going to weigh myself everyother Wednesday/Thursday

(02/12) 144.7 lbs
(02/14) 141.7 lbs- I am down a little-yeah me!!
(02/21) 141.1 lbs- I am down a little more yea me!!
(03/01) missed my appointment, so I will do it 3/6 then I will be back on schedual.
(03/06) 145 I gained about 4 lbs but it is mostly water weight. Yeah, so thats a plus. I will be back.

Exercise Routine -- I walked for 2 hours outside today. on the hills and grass. it was so pretty, 71 degrees outside.

Exercise Routine -- I got back from my trip at 4 am this morning. I am soo tired but I managed to do my spark workout routine, and walked 1 mile. So its not so bad with no sleep.

sorry I have not been checking in I have been very busy with school and have not been able to track my intake. But I am down afew more pounds 152 I'll be gald when I step on that scale and it says 150. Keep up the good work all. My stressful week is done so I'll be able to track agian.

I am disappointed about my weight, but maybe some of it is due to my bloating, oh well.
My calorie intake was greater than my desired for the last few days and that could have played into my increased lbs. ... grrr!! But I gotta watch this more carefully this week.

didn't get to post last night but I did track 1254 cals yesterday no work out my day off.

today I didn't track I went to the zoo the whole day so I did do a whole bunch of walking and we packed lunches & good snacks instead of chips and things of that sort. my cal intake was about 1189 and we walked about 5 miles or so most of it up hill so my legs are killing me. I hope everyone is having a great weekend.

yesterday was a bad day for me. I didn't get a chance to track my intake but I'm guessing it's some where around 1200. but I did get a short work out in I did my strength training and walked for 45 min.

Hi there! Looks like I am the first one to post today :)

Date: 02/15/07 - day 3
Calorie Goal: 1200-1500
Calorie Intake: 1211
Exercise: 30 min incline walk

I also started a 45 day streak at the food tracker and Exercise Streak chalenge for additional kicks. My streak will last till Mar 31. That is a challenge coz I always have my cheating days thrown in good measure. So lets see. Hopefully if I make it through 45 days, it will be a lot easier. As they say, any habit takes about 30 days to develop.

If you ladies don't mind, I would like to jump in too. I need to lose about 20 lbs also.
The daily posting goals and format work well for me too so I can be in and out in a jiffy (posting-wise) and keep each other motivated on a daily basis. I will post all the info every night, starting tonight.
