I was low on calories today but I feel like I had a good day. I weighed in this a.m. and am down 4 pounds this week. I am finally down to 200 pounds and am looking forward to breaking the 200 mark here soon.

I had absolutely awful weekend which lead to a lot of emotional eating. I did not want to weigh in because I did not want to be disappointed in myself.

I will get back on track, starting today and hopefully be down 4 pounds by the next weigh in.

This looks just like the kind of challenge I need. This is a challenge with moderation build in. You can count me in starting today. I needed some motivation, and sure could use 10 to 20 pounds off by June. I needed a short term goal, and this is it!

I'm going to visit my boyfriend in Europe in May and I'd LOVE to lose about 10-20 pounds by then. Could I join your chats? I love the point system you are doing, but I'm not quite sure that I understand what constitutes the values. Just let me know.

Hi, I like the sound of this challenge and I would love to join. I would really love to lose 10-20 pounds by June 15th.

I'll start with today - 2/11:
1 fruit = 5 points
10 c/water =10 points
60+ min. ex. = 10 points
in cal. range = 10 points
total = 35 points

Today was probably a bad day to start for me due to the fact that we had my son's 5th birthday party so my snack was cake and ice cream instead of fruit and I didn't have any veg. today. I usually do better than that but I had a great day with my son.

I worked out for an extra fifteen minutes and pumped up the intensity. It felt great and it felt even better later when my boyfriend ordered a pizza and I gave in to the tasty sin. At least I knew that I had worked out extra hard today and burnt an extra 120 calories with that extra 15 minutes

CHALLENGE NUMBER ONE!!!!!

Either Saturday or Sunday go to the gym and stay on a cardio machine 15 minutes longer than you usually do! If you want to, you can also increase the intensity for this fifteen minutes to give yourself an extra challenge. If you do this, you will receive 10 bonus points. You can look at this as a time to make up for 10 points that you didn't previously get rewarded. Make sure and add the bonus points to your daily total.
