Final day and I managed to go from 193 to 185.6 during Feb. A surprise for me as I only committed to possible 5 - 6#'s. Am pleased and looking forward to finishing off my goal by I hope the end of April! Take care and ttyl...Ellen

It's exciting to come back from vacation and see how many people lost weight. I gained back all the weight I lost in the first 2 wks of February while on my trip. I feel a bit discouraged, though I'm not giving up. I'm in this for the long haul and it's helpful to see exactly how the pounds creep up. Anyway, congratulations to all of you who met the challenge and succeeded, and to all who tried. Robin

I'm so excited! I couldn't wait to get on here this morning. I weighed myself and I'm at 136 lbs. That means I've lost 11 lbs in the last month!!!

I am feeling so, so good!

| My first goal was to lose 7 lbs in the month. I then uped the ante to 9 lbs. I lost a total of 10 pounds this month.

No weight loss to report this week, just maintaining which is a bummer. But this challenge has helped me, i've lost a total of 13lbs and my goal was 8! Thank you!!!

Well I made it through another day! I'm hoping for a good weekend, that's when i always mess up a little bit. We always eat out alot on the weekends, and i get tired of ordering a salad everytime! Looks like just one more week to tally up our results. Let's keep with it, only 6 more days till the end of the month!!!!

Morning All! weigh-in day today and I am down another #! From the very initial start of my weight loss I am down 9# but am only down #6 for this particular challenge...I'll take it!!
Allison stay strong and move forward from today forward...you CAN do it!!

Hi Everyone!
I haven't been posting lately because the weather has shut down the collge for a couple of days. HUGE snow squalls.
But, today is my weigh in day and I soooo don't want to weigh in. I know I've gained a couple of pounds since last week. I pigged out on potato chips this weekend (a big bag) and ate three platefuls of spaghetti last night...
I'm really stressed out because of school right now and I think that's my problem. I need to get a handle on things if I ever want to make my goal.

Ok, I know I shouldn't weigh myself everyday, but I weighed myself again today and I'm feeling really good. I'm down to 140 lbs! That's 7 lbs down this month! I'm so excited. I made a goal for myself to be down 7 lbs by Feb. 22nd and if I did it I would reward myself with a trip to get a massage. I can't wait to make the app.!!!

Hey All,
Just popping in to say hello and keep moving!
I'm hoping to lose 2 lbs this week, but I've been so busy I haven't been able to get to the gym at all in like the past two week. So I doubt I'm going to lose 2 lbs.
But, as long as I do what I can to keep in my calorie range and make healthy choices, I'm still way better off than I was before I started this.

weighing in at 143 lbs
so I'm up 2 lbs since last weigh-in, but I am trying so I'm not to disheartened. I did fall off last night, my husband gave me flowers and a big box of chocolates for Valentine's Day. In all the time we have been married he's never done that. I loved it and admit that I ate way more of those chocolates than I know I should have, but today I'm not feeling to horrible about it. It was a special night and after how things had been going it ment so much to me. Plus, today I've been working extra hard to make up for it.

Hello everyone!
I think setting small goals for myself has been easier to accomplish than looking at the big long term goal.
If I can get down to 195 by the end of this month I will have lost almost 20 lbs! That's amazing to me!
I would like to lose 8 lbs in total by April 14th.

Congrats to all you losers!! Valentines Day not that difficult, saved extra calories for a brownie...what a treat! Down 1# this morning. Started on another board @196 joined SP and this challenge @ 193 and am now 189...a new decade wheehoooo!! Allison...you will get there I feel it!! Been cold here (for us Southerners) and water intake difficult yesterday. Will double my efforts today. Would love to see at least another 4# drop by end of February. I'm doing good so far keeping track of what i've been eating. Went to Curves today and thankfully stayed away from Valentine's Chocolates! Now that was hard!! Happy Valentine's to all!

I know I've only got two weeks to make a difference, but this week is PMS week for me and that means temporary weight gain and cravings. I did get in a record 11 cups of water for me. I exercised with my 25 minute Tonetics video. However, I did snack on Valentine's Day treat today. Bad, Bad. I had a Valentine's Day party for my class and hubby bought me homemade Peanut Butter balls. I promise I'm going to work extra hard over the next two weeks to make sure nothing sticks. It wasn't the worst I could have done (most of my snacking was on Baked Cheetos), but I definitely could have done a lot better. I'm gonna work hard for the rest of the month though.
