Let's make this challenge last for a month (or more if you're really into it like me).

Okay, I've been walking up the steps at work for three days so far now. I'm going to continue with it today but I wanted to share my idea with others.

My building has 40 floors total. Some days I walk all the way up to the 40th floor and I guess I just change it up each day by going to the 30th floor or just 20th floor. On the way down I run as fast as I can (enough so I don't fall). It really works your legs obviously but on the way down it works the backs of my legs and even my but.

Now I have always heard that walking alone can help you lose weight but have not had any personal experience with it so I thought I'd try it. So if anyone is up for it feel free to join right in with me and whomever would like to try.

I really need a push to get back into my exercise routine and this is different for me so I hope I can stick to it and also get support from everyone here that is willing to join in.
