I am really think that cool idea you have for a prayer for people who going to god first then people. God can get us through anything.
I am 23 years old who been god princess for 2 years. I was looking for god when I was in college. I knew god and jesus but not the holy spirit until I was 23 years of age. I all was believe Jesus and god.
That god is bigger then anyone can image.

Hello, fellow Christians. I have looked for a topic similar to this and haven't found one, so I thought it might be a good time to try to create one. I would like to have a challenge thread where Christians can come together in prayer to allow God to see us through our weight "removal".
Once interest rolls for this, we'll divide into two teams and then everyone will be assigned a prayer partner for a duration of one week. Your responsibility would be to pray each day specifically for your prayer partner. Then, the next week you would be assigned a new partner for which to pray. We would also have a little informal challenge going each week, with Friday weigh-ins to see which "team" lost the most percentage of weight.
I believe that anything is possible with God's help but that means we have to go to Him in prayer for that help. I always feel a little selfish praying for myself, but if someone else prays for me, then it doesn't seem quite as selfish.

Oh, about me... My name is Shelly. I'm 38 (for a couple weeks anyway), married for almost 20 years and have 2 children. My son is 13 and my daughter is 11. I work as a Technology Coordinator at our local school district, which is in a small town (pop. 1000) in Southwest Iowa.
