| SO i have given myself a new challenge for this coming week. Not pressing my snooze button and not drinking my coffee. One cup is 70 calories and i just can't afford those calories to be thrown away likt they are being!

Ok, i would really love if someone would join with me for the motivation factor.
That said, i am off to an ok start today. I will do my workout tonight, legs today, along with abs, 10 minutes on the bike and 3.25 miles in the neighborhood. Today i have had 2 scrambled eggs and some water. So i am feeling pretty good. I am trying not to get discouraged if the scale doesn't move as fast as i would like it to. Never does does it?? Well good luck to everyone out there in Sparkland!

| so I feel as if i have done ok today. My 8 glasses of water is in, but i am on the brink of my calories and it is no bueno. I guess you don't really realize just how many calories you are actually putting into you mouth until you write it all down. But i will perservere and keep going on cause i am determined to lose this weight!

Ok well i guess it is just me to start off with. SW:162.2 Weight next Friday: 159.0 Challenge for this week: Stay on track with food and keep my daily diary and tracker updated.
Today's workout: 30 min strength training arms 1 mile on treadmill 10 minutes of abs
33 days till Cabo= 18lbs to go.

Hey all! I would love to start a sort of challenge/support group type of thing. Let's Get It Together basically says it all, I just want to get it all together. I want to do weekly weigh-ins on Fridays Monthly measurements on the 1st We will have a challenge each week, such as 100 crunches a day, keep in your calorie range streak, no eating after 7, etc.
I am also hoping that it can be a place of motivation and inspiration filled with support and advice.
Anyone who wants in please let me know. I will post my weigh in on here tomorrow morning. I hope others will be in with me!
