| Medications may help but have faith in yourself. Start off with baby steps. Don't overwhelm yourself. Take a little walk each day no matter how far. As the days go by the walks will become longer. Worry about the food and drink part later after you feel better from the walking.

Your doctor will probably understand if cost is an issue, ask! Maybe there is another medication that would work for you!
If not, consider the potential cost of continuing to be overweight and unhealthy. What is worth more to you?
Good for you for taking the first steps. Post again and let us know what you did next. I'm hoping you keep trying.

| I have finally admitted that i can not able to do this diet control thing on my own. i went to my docter to discus my eating problem. he perscribed me a pill that is suppose to work great, however, my insurance wont cover any part of the cost and it is too expensive for me to afford on my own. is there any low cost medication out there that will help control over eating? any recomedations would be greatly appreciated. thank you.
