thats what i do on alot of things too. i think spark people has helped me out alot cause before spark ive done diets but never really got it in my head and stuck to it. in here there is so many people to chat with and keep you ging. plus i do a journal at home of what i eat and all my workouts i do each day that helps alot.

Erin,

You are doing such a good job! What do you think has helped you the most! I just started this a few weeks ago. The hard part for me is if i make vegetable soup, or bean soup, etc, and then I have to guess at the calories and serving size. I am trying to use a 1 cup measure, to eat for things like that.

actually my guy friend set that up for me forever ago lol cause i didnt know how to do it so i just have never changed it i use it for everything easy to remember lol

What "Good for you food" can you add to your diet in Feb.? I started this month by adding cherrio's and berries for Breakfast. Next month I am shooting for broccoli and walnuts. I think if I keep adding in the good foods that it will replace the junk foods that I have been eating.

List here the foods that you want to add to your diet this month to keep you healthy! Make a life long habit of eating well!
