Good Morning,

I'm a newbie also, just signed up last week. I've been reading alot of diet or healthy eating books lately and I would like to be ur buddy. Skipping meals will not help, however if you set a time goal to stop eating at least 2 hours before you go to bed you can cut your cravings down. I like to say that I'm not really on a diet, but adjusting my way of eating. Good Luck! No skipping unless its on the sidewalk, lol

Hi all. I am a newbie to this site although i registered some time back. I have been exercising regularly and lost about 6 kgs in a span of 1.5 months. Feeling glad about it, i slackened my pace and also reduced my trips to the gym. Earlier i had cut down on food...which i started eating again. As a result, i see that i am slowly regaining whatever i had lost. I need motivation to keep me going -

1. I need to STOP munching on snacks towards evening. I work till 10 at night and tend to feel quite hungry by 7:00.
2. DO u think i should skip a meal? As it is i find indian food quite loaded on calories.
