| well i haven't dropped 10 but i am down 8 as of today. i weight in this morning at 162 ...i found that i loose most of my weight after the middle of the month ... go figure...

| Thanks for the encouragement .. I need all I can get. I am gonna work extra hard to make this happen. I will weigh in maybe on Friday. And next week it will be that time .... so I am usually up .. looks like the best time for me to weigh is on the 26th .. not sure when the pounds come on during that month time.

Good morning! I just found your challenge and would love to join. I am also in a challenge to lose 50 pounds by summer, so this would be a great mini-challenge for me. Don't get down for only losing a pound this past week--weight loss fluctuates--you just have to keep going! Here's to another week! Hang in there!

| I am feeling a little nervous ... I am down just 1pound on 1/5 .. not sure if that is good or bad ... have 9 more to go for the month .. gonna have to do some drastic cut backs .. maybe limit my starches to the morning time.

Thanks Pippa ... It is really hard work .. but I have grown to enjoy the challenge each day. 10 days before Christmas ... I started exercising everyday .. that was my 10 day challenge ... I am going to try to keep the momentum for the most part .....I wish you well in your journey ... I am getting ready to check out your 10 week challenge ...

My goal for this month is to drop 10 pounds. I started this program on 12/6/06 and I dropped 7 pounds for the month of December. I am more eager than ever to drop 10 pounds for this month. Join me.
