Did the weigh in and the measurement...I really did not see a change in my thighs but my waist I lost 1 1/2 inches and I lost 4 pounds, so I guess it was worth it...Thanks for going though this with me I have not stopped working out...I just took 2 days off....but this did get me back to my regular workout, so it was worth it...

| wow, sorry my internet has been down.. i did weigh and measure and will post them later (they're at home where the intenret is still down). no change in weight, but a little bit of difference on inches

I am not sure, I wouldn't see why you couldn't weigh and measure yourself after you are done working out... I just won't post it until Friday morning, cause my computer at home is all messed up.... so yes lets weigh and measure after our last workout... I will want to know if I lost any inches or weight after this 10 long days of not be able to know

| only 3 more days, I look forward to getting on the scale on Friday morning!!!!!! I need to go buy on after my last workout on Thursday night, I keep forgetting about it.

So far I have been doing pretty good!!!!! I just know that my body is totaly feeling this workout and it feels great... I am sorry to hear about having to cut down on your swimming, but just think we have just 4 more days of this and we can take a break, a well needed break :)

ok well 6 days later, i've done 5 cardio parties and one scultping day... I don't feel like i'm overdoing it at all, which some people on other boards warned me about. Tara, how are you doing?? The only thing I don't like about the 10 day challenge is that I'm having to put off my regular swimming schedule a bit, or else i'd be working out way too much! I think i might still swim for a little while tomorrow, but not my normal mile on monday! :)

| Hey, so far I've done 3 days of cardio parties, so today I'm gonna do turbo sculpt and ab jam. :) My weight has gone anywhere for 2 weeks, so i'm hoping this is the push i need to move the scale down again! :)

Well I will take my measurements tonight and post them tomorrow...cause I am not if I have lost any inches since the last time.....I know that my weight is right, cause I went to the doctor yesterday...but I will have to buy a scale by the 10th day, I forgot my scale at the place I moved from I am very glad to hear that you are ready to do this with me Thank You...

Ok so i'm gonna start this thing! Here are my beginning stats:
Weight: 189 left arm: 13 3/4 right arm: 14 neck: 14 1/4 waist: 35 1/2 chest: 41 under chest: 37 left thigh: 25 1/2 right thigh: 26 left knee: 14 1/4 right knee: 14 1/2
So we'll see what 10 straight days of Turbo will do for me! :) Today I'm doing Cardio Party #3

Tara: if you're starting the 10 day challenge today, can I start over with you?? I didn't know there was an active challenge on this board! I'm gonna get off my booty and do CP3 here in a minute! My goal is to burn the full 700 calories during the 50 minutes... so i'm gonna have to work hard (my abs are a little sore from yesterdays cardio party!)

Hi ladies I am finally back!!!!!! after the move..that really sucked, but I am going to redo the 10 day challenge.....I just had too many things going on all at the same time.
So I am going to start again tonight when I get home from work.... I am going to do the 40 minute cardio and the 20 minute abs...my boyfriend wants to start doing the ab part on the floor with me so I am going to start doing that also...wish me luck on this one.
but after all the moving and running around I did lose some weight I am at 134 right now :)

hi everyone! ok.., so i wasn't able to post my results few days ago because my computer had died and it took a while to get it replaced.. anyway, here are my results:

***note on the weight - when i weighed myself on day 1, it was my time of the month.. i get very bloated during that time and gain 3-4lbs waterweight, so i guess my fatloss is around 4-5lbs??***
anyway, i am very happy with the results.., i've never tracked my weightloss w/ measuring myself before! since my weight fluctuates a lot, it's more motivating to see inches coming off my body, than to weigh myself. :)

I hope everyone is feeling the same way I am...my legs are killing me.. I am going to have to keep going for 2 extra days, I have been moving all this weekend so I never got around to working out, but I have been lifting boxes and running up and down stairs so I still got some exercise :)
I just hope that we will all be happy about our 10 day challenge, it sure did make me get off my butt and work with you guys.I just want to say thank you for doing this challenge, I think we will all feel better about ourself's after this :)

so how is everyone doing??
yesterday was tough for me... i made a mistake of waiting too long to lunch (went from 8am to 4pm w/o food..), so i went kinda crazy with lunch.. and dinner... and i reeeeeeally didn't feel like working out at all, BUT i DID!!!! i was sooo tempted to stop that dvd while working out, but i didn't and i finished it. after i finished, it felt great!
today, i'm back on track w/ my eating.. so far, so good! 
btw, i have my food/exercise log open, so if anyone's interested, you can see what i eat and how much i drink, etc. of course i'm open to any suggestions/advice!

day 2 of cardio party I love it so far....I thought that 45 minutes of cardio would kill me right now, cause I have a cold but it was nice and smooth..I can not wait to get off of work and do the 40 min. sculpting..
