Hello, count me in! I'm Elaine from Malaysia. I'm 4 feet 11, 140lbs and I would like to lose 30lbs.

I'm stuck in a plateua at the mo, any suggestions? Orinally, I was planning to lose 30lbs by December but if I can lose it by March, so much the better.

I'm going to try!

I joined SparkPeople yesterday and I would like to join this challenge. I don't know that I could lose 25 pounds in 10 weeks but I would sure love to try!

Anyone have any good weight loss advice?

Good JOb Ladies!!!!! I am down another 3lbs as well. It is hard but not as hard as I thought...it takes some getting used to portion control though. Event hough I am not hungry...I just feel like I need to eat it....getting better though.

Didn't get to wiegh in yesterday..but got in doen today and I lost 2lbs!! Down to 153. No tmuch but less than 155. Aiming for much more next week!!!

Count me in! I appreciate the overall goal while not getting caught up in specific daily or weekly goals. We all know what we need to do and we can all use support and tips from one another to get there.
I will also post my weight in on Wednesdays.

Hi there, I'm also new to SparkPeople and love the idea of a challenge. I'm also not liking the way I look and feel and 25lbs would definately love to be in shape for spring.

I think with motivated people on our side anything can be accomplished. I'm looking forward to a better new me soon!

Hi, my name is Sharifa Clarke. I am new to SparkPeople. I am 23 and 155lbs. After looking at a picture of myself the other day, I realized that I need to lose weight.

I have been lazy about working out and have also not been eating healthy at all. I am always depressed about not being about to find clothes that can fit me the way I like. I need a change for the New Year.

I want a new, healtheir, sexier me!!!! I want to feel good about myslef and so I want to start by losing all the weight I have put on during and after college. I will lose 25lbs by March, anyone else who wants to do it with me is invited. Anyone with any advice, suggestions, support is also wlecome.
