The articles on motivation are very helpful as are the diet stages. Being very honest with yourself as you really give each new habit a chance to take root will help tremendously.

I am hoping that I am not setting my self up for another disappointment. This time every year I look in the mirror and set out for a change I'm great for about 3 months and then I talk my self into letting up. "I can eat that, or I don't need to work out today". What can I do to keep my motivation up??
