I recently did a biggest loser 12 wk Challenge at work and lost 12 pounds.. I didn't win. That was a let down. But 12 pounds, that is still an accomplishment. I've recently taken up running and I love it. I am able to run 5 kms on the treadmill. But have a hard time doing it outside. So my goal is to be able to run 5 kms outside by spring. I have am going to join the running Room to help me achieve this goal. I'm excited to start hear about the progress of others and so that I know it is a goal that is obtainable.
