Hi all,
Hope some of you check this thread. I was totally off line last week working from home on a special writing project. Ready to hear the WHINING?

I wrote solid for 5 days (10-12 hours a day) and was totally burned out! Then my "little" rheumatoid arthritis flare turned into a "huge" flare (probably from all the typing) and I have been miserable since. Now I have a fever blister from all the stress! Yes! I DO want some cheese with my whine!

I haven't been tracking my calories, but I don't think I've done too bad overall.....except for a couple of days when I deliberately "cheated".

Anyway, my weigh-in last week wasn't a total downer...I maintained at 139 so I can't complain.

We're leaving for a 2.5 week vacation this Wednesday, so I'll be hit and miss online. I hope to find some internet cafes on our camping trip up through the northwest and then down through Montana, Wyo and Colo. but I aint promisin nuthin! LOL

Ok Becky - glad to hear from ya! I'm just kind of hanging out here this week myself, trying to regain control. I'm getting there, a little at a time.

Jenn, I didn't join you guys this week because we have some ex-Peace Corps cronies coming into town for the weekend and I know it's not worth tracking the calories this week....only to blow it Saturday and Sunday. I hope you guys continue this challenge next week and I'll definitely join in.

We can all keep wrestling together....

Well, not much participation this week. rats. Oh well, "I" am here! My calories were bad yesterday, but I'm wrestling trying to regain control. I was doing ok until midnight when I hit the ice cream. Alot of stress around here. I think I'm going to make my goal to reduce calories each day, & by the end of the week to be under 1550 cals a day. (makin' it easy on myself?)

Tuesday, 6/14 - 2104 cals.

Today's goal: 1900 or less.

Hey Stang - I'll give it a whirl. Will get back on here in a little bit when I'm coherent & state my goals. Had been a total blowout the last 8 days - haven't even gotten on the scales yet & have massive amts of stuff to do today.

Hi all,
Here's to another week! Didn't do well over the weekend but I DID get in some good walking on the beach, so that accounts for something. Here are my totals for yesterday

6/13 - 1356 cals/1600 limit, 10 glasses of water.

Off to a better start after my blow-out weekend!

Anybody else want to join the challenge?
