Count me in! My personal goal is to lose 25 pounds by May 7, 2007. 20 pounds by the end of March is a little of a challenge, but I need the motivation!
A little about me..I'm a 30 year old, happily married mom of two energetic boys (5 and 2). I work part time and I'm very involved with PTO, soccer, T-ball, and being a homeroom mom at my son's school. Recently I joined a health and fitness challenge at the hospital where I work which is when I found out that my cholesterol is a little high. I had this plan to lose weight (for about 6 months) but hadn't taken the initiative. You know...Monday I'll start, after this holiday I'll get back on track, etc. Two years ago I lost 20 pounds and was within 5 pounds of my goal weight. I guess I got a little cocky and decided I could have lots of cheat days. Well, I've learned my lesson! In general I eat healthy, whole wheat products, low fat, fruits, veggies, lean meats, but when it comes to exercise, I procrastinate the day away. You name it, I have the excuse for it! Anyway, I hope to met some nice people and motivate and be motivated! :)
