This challenge is for individuals with a starting BMI of 22.5 or below. It is harder for us average-sized folk to slim down even more. The goal is to loose 5-20 lbs by February. The person who looses the most weight (in lbs) wins this challenge.
Rules:
1. All participants post their weight every Sunday. 2. Anyone can join anytime before Feb 1st. 3. All participants post their total lbs lost by Feb 2nd.
The winner will be the one totally fit for the beach and as beautiful as any star -that is the ultimate prize! Lots of salads, veggie sticks, plenty of protein, H20, eat regularly, and that thing called exercise.
