I weigh in on Mondays on my other board - I have a team board if you are interested in joining us there too - it is a wonderful group of women and most of us hve been together since Feb. 06 but we would love for you to join us there - the name is STicking together to stay on track Group forum. I will go in a send you an invite if you would like.
I am from Hornell New York - what part of PA are you from???
I am actually cooking dinner for about 30 people. MY family and my husbands family. So I will try to send a lot of the left overs with them.

When are your weigh-in days? Mine is Thursday.
Will you be cooking on Thanksgiving? We are going to my mother-in-laws, and she always send us home with left overs.

Sorry I didn't get back to you until now but my weekends are very busy and do not get on spark on the weekends often.

I have been at my current weight since around September and I do not seem to be going anywhere either but mostly due to my fault. Birthdays and other celebrations have been getting in my way. But I do know as soon as this week is over I will get back down to business the way I should and then hopefuly by the 1st of Jan. I will down to 145.

I know what you mean about the weather - I do not seem to get all the exercise that I used to now that it is colder. I do try to exercise with dvds at night - but life has been getting in my way and I haven't done it like I should. I really need to get back into it. I tend to gain the weight when I am nt getting the exercise I need.
I can't seem to get off this 152 due to not being able to stay completely on track.

I have been tracking what I eat since (5/25/2006)on this site and I think I only missed (1) day of tracking.

I was better at doing my cardio exercises in the summer, which was walking, but now with the weather getting colder and the nights get dark faster, I may only get 2 days in a week, when I was doing like 5 or more days in a week.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Just try to track everything I eat and exercise. But throught his site I have learnt that when I do not track I am still making better choices on what I eat and I also eat less even if I want more. It has taken me alot of hard work to get here and I do not ever want to be where I was again. I do slip up from time to time but I get right back up and start all over.

This is a challenge for those of us that are done to the last ten pounds or less and are looking for motivation and encougement to get rid of it.

We will make our own personal goals that will help us achieve our personal goals and maybe add a few challenges as a group for a little competition encouragement along the way.

Then at the end of the goal we can set up a plan for the new year to help us maintain or continue with the last of the stubborn weight loss!!!

Together we can "kick fatty" to the curb for good!!!!
I will list my personal goals a little bit later!!!
