Hello everyone and " Have A Blessed Thanksgiving."

I am doing okay I am blessed that I have my two children to be with me this Thanksgiving and a few of their college friends are joining us. My son will be cooking steak dinners for those who want it and I did buy a small turkey for my daughter and one of her friends they sort of want to do something a little traditional so --- so be it! I feel so blessed the I have my health and I am able to get every day and enjoy my to the fullest. To be surround by my children and friends. I will get through this Thanksgiving Day and be grateful for it and realized at least I had my husband for 30 years total and should feel fortunate for that.

God bless you all this Holiday Seasons. Be thankful for what we have and live your life to the fullest.

I wonder if it's the time of the year or if not many people are almost to goal...hmmmmmmm.

Maybe we could tie in the holidays into this thread?

"Last 10 by New Years Challenge"

or Valentines Day, whichever is safer. I know I don't generally loose more than 1 lb a week and the last 10 are the most stubborn.

Otherwise if we don't get any new people within a week or two we can just go back to using our team thread.

Barb you are doing great just realized how far you have come since we had start you go girl , Barb and congrats to all your who are even lower their goal but I really don't want to get any skinny that I am.
I am 5'2 " and 114 is just fine for me you have to realize I am a lot older than most of you and if I get tooo skinny I will look old instead of younger and at this weight I have taken ten years off my looks. At least that what some people say.

hey everyone I think I found you for some reason I don't get the emails to tell me and it is hard to find where you all at . I hope that is every thing is fgoing good for you all you all are doing great and angie and Jan you art both looking in oyou outfits you can tell you have lost the weight I have got to get a picture of me on the web I am still at 114 pounds toning up but I am not really trying I feel good for the most part and hanging in there .

Hope all you have a great day . I will try to stay in touch I am eatiing still pretty good and still exercising for the mosts part just maintaining.

You all hang in there have a great holiday and I will try to keep in touch with you all.

Awesome job Angela!! I know you'll be doing pull ups without assistance in no time.

Great Goals Barb, You've come so far over the last year and are doing such I great job I'm certain you'll reach all of your goals and look great in that bikini.

I ran around a tad crazy yesterday but I still made time for my Firm Video. Between normal SAHM duties and a annual obgyn appt. and painting the kitchen ceiling I still made time for my workout. Fitting it all in made me proud.

Has anyone made a goal reward lately?

Great job Angela - you will master this in no time.

Congrats on the Great Results Jan!!!

My goals:
Be down to 145 by Christmas

Be toned enough to wear a Bikini for the first time and actually look good in it - no over hang- do not want to feel embarrassed wearing it(no shirt over top).

Eat Healthy and Clean 90% of the time - I already make better choices most of the time

Be able to run for 30 mins straight by Christmas

I think that covers it!!!

I am working towards my goal of pull ups
I managed to do 7 pull ups with 46 pounds of my own body weight.
Each day at the gym I will try to lower the amount of assistance I use until I can do it.

Good Morning!

Happy Results this morning.

I'm down 1.5lbs and lost 1/2 inch off my waist and saddlebags. Gained an inch on my hips but I think it's my butt getting higher & tighter. Also down a whole percent on my bodyfat! Yippie!!

11/13 stats:

weight 117.8
waist 25.5"
hips 35.5
saddlebags 36.5
bodyfat 23.6%

I'm so excited! I think My goal reward for reaching a body fat of 20% will be a pedicure & a manicure. My hands & feet are such a mess!

Hey There! Glad I found you!

I'm looking forward to meeting others working on the last bit of thier goal.

I've got about 9lbs left to go but I am more concerned with loosing about 9% bodyfat than what the scale reads. I take measurements and weigh in on Mondays so I'll have 1st week results tomorrow.

This is a board for those of us that are down to the last 10#s or at the last stages of our toning goals. With this board we are looking for motivation & encouragement to get to the final goal and the maintain it.
