Anybody out there? Sorry I haven't posted. I was away for the weekend and am now at home working on a special project (long story) writing all day long so I've barely had time to go to the bathroom, let alone get online.

The weekend was a bust! Didn't even track my calories because I knew I was way over.....Friday didn't look good either, but I still tracked. Here are my totals:

6/10 - 1897 cals/1600 limit, 8 glasses of water

I'll start another challenge for this week.

Hi all,
Sorry I haven't posted.....I've been buried at work and haven't had the chance to get on line much. HOpe all of you are doing well! So far, so good. I'm staying on track......gearing up for my trip to Mexico this weekend...munchies and beer galore...oh my!

6/8 - 1526 cals/1600 limit, 8 glasses of water
6/9 - 1532 cals/1600 limit, 8 glasses of water

I've cut down on my water after reading an article in my local newspaper about a woman who drank so much water that she reduced the sodium level in her body so much that she collapsed after becomming dizzy and light headed. Has anyone else heard of such a thing? Anyway, I'm still getting 8 (instead of 12).

Have a great weekend all! I'll still track my cals over the weekend and will report Sat and Sun results when I return on Monday!

Good job staying on track Stang!. if you continue like that for the rest of the week, it won't be so bad if you go over in Mexico. Plus you can make sure you do lots of walking.

Hi all,
Another Weekly calorie challenge. I'm still hanging in there and hope to do well this week. We're going to Mexico on Friday for the weekend and its ALWAYS hard to stay on track when we're there!

Monday, 6/6 - 1356 cals/1600 limit, 8 glasses of water
Tuesday, 6/7 - 1222 cals/1600 limit, 8 glasses of water

Still trying to get back up to speed on eating since my "tummy flu" issues over the weekend, so these totals are not "normal"......

Here's to a great "on track" week!
