I think it is extra important to do strength/weight training regularly. So this challenge it to just do it.
No goals but your own.
My goal is to do it:
Upper body Monday and Thursday and Lower Body Tuesday and Friday.
So whatever your goals are post them here and we can encourage each other to do what we should.
