After this weekend I think, "should I even post?" but know I should:

Saturday:
1. Cardio - taught a 1 hour step class
2. Strength - 1 hour body conditioning class
3. Stretch - 10 minutes
4. water - 6 glasses
5. Soda/alcohol - no soda; tons of wine
6. Breakfast - yes
7. Stop eating 2 hrs b4 bed - nope
8. Progress - did log everything on to SP

Calories: 1440
Carbs: 209
Fat: 11
Protein: 25
Fiber: 23

Sunday
1. Cardio - assisted my husband in building a back deck for 5 hours - (not much but at least there was some bending & stretching, up & down steps)
2. Stretch - none
3. Strength - none
4. water - 2 glasses
5. Soda/alcohol - 2 glasses diet coke; 1 glass wine
6. Breakfast - no
7. Stop eating b4 bed - no
8. Progress - logged NOTHING onto SP

Food stats: ate so poorly, can't even track it. Double Whopper at BK, personal pan pizza, halloween candy, etc. - no point in tracking.

Let's see what the scale says

yes i agree.. this weekend was a disater ..
too many calories, no exercise,
chicago bears got BEAT by Miami..only good thing was the Colts are still undefeated.great game too
cudn't get here to sparks last nite under maintenance??soo haven't done CALORIES COUNT FOR SUNDAY..
will post later

Wow not a lot of posts this weekend! Anyways, this weekend was a bomb this weekend and I think I screwed myself for tomorrow! Anyways, hope everyone had a good weekend!

I HAVE BEEN DOING VERY WELL WITH STAYING IN MY CALORIE LIMITS.

SATURDAY NOV 4TH

10:00 LATE BREAKFAST
4 TBS WHEY protein POWDER
1 DANNON FRUIT ON THE BOTTOM
1 ORANGE JUICE

SNACK
3 GRAHM CRACKERS
2 SLICES OF TURKEY

DINNER
3 OZ. SPANISH RICE
4 OZ GROUND TURKEY BREAST PATTIE

LATE NITE SNACK
2 OZ SPANISH RICE

FRIDAY NOV 3RD
I DIDN'T LOG MEALS ON FRIDAY ( SORRY)

STRETCH: yoga BASIC DVD APROX 20 MINUTES
CARDIO: NONE
AB EXERCISE: 50 crunches on the swiss ball

WATER INTAKE: SOME water


I HAD A FEW GLASSES OF WINE TOO.

Hi everyone,

I'm not going to post my meals today. It would depress me!

But the good news is I decided to run to the gym this morning. It was almost as fast as driving, since there are zillions of traffic lights and very low speed limits. So I ran there, lifted for a little while, and ran back home! I felt like a million bucks!

Cardio: 34 minute run, 10 minutes on the bike
Strength: legs, back, arms, obliques, chest shoulders, etc.
Ab exercise: none

Water intake: 8 glasses
Last meal at 8:00
Going to bed at 10:30

Hi gang- just checking in. haven't done much of anything as I'm still fighting the bug that's been going around our family. My stomach is better but I still have no energy. I'm concentrating on staying hydrated and trying to get rested up. Hoping to get back on my workout schedule by Monday. This is getting really old and I have too much to do to be down this long.

If anyone cares I found a great recipe for Macroni and cheese on the FoodNetwork and it is low in calories and good for you -- it has winter squash in it so it is good for you. It does taste good and I even got my boys to eat it -- of course I did not tell them it had squash in it.

I am proud of myself as I did another 45 mins of exercise in tonight. I am learning that if I want to sleep good I should exercise after supper. It helps me unwind and it is my time alone without kids and husband.
