back on track with calories and water but not much else. It really shows me that if I am not really planning for each category I am probably not going to complete it.... I'll be doing new rounds of the challenge until I get to my goal weight!

can you buy off Amazon.com in the UK? Do they have super saver shipping to UK for orders over $25? I get them off Amazon by the case and get free shipping. Plus right now there is a special where if you spend $50 in grocery items you get an instant $10 off, I think the code is GROCERY3 but I know it is on the main page of grocery so double check there. I checked out the Larabars on fitfuel.com as suggested by someone else. But because I am in the UK it costs more to ship them over than it does to buy them. Guess I'll have to give them a miss - shame.

I have a stepper, a treadmill, and a stepper with arms which I am led to believe is an elliptical machine. I don't really have much of an excuse not to do machine based cardio. Could not face the gym lol so you are braver than me.

Mizz- try the apple pie. it is really good.

Whoa, Crazy night. Liquid Dinner. McDonalds at 2am. I got a last minute free suite ticket to the Journey/Def Leppard concert. LOL.

2. water - probably about 60 or 70 oz
3. Nutrition - larabars, an apple, and some french fries??
4. Exercise - rocked this one! Ran 6.1 Miles
5. crunches - 100 after my run

Oh well, glad it wasn't a challenge day. At least I ran 6 miles before my crazy free drinks night!

Good Sunday Morning everyone! the real thing starts again tomorrow!!! Had a good day yesterday... Almost was under on Calories because I was so busy but, you know that I would never let that happen! :) Managed to get a bunch in and ended up at the high end again! But within my range!

1-calories:1460
2-water:14 cups
3-nutrition:done
spaghetti squash4 (man I love this stuff!!!)larabar1.5, zucchini2, tomato sauce1 = 8.5
4-fitness:180min yardwork raking. Wouldnt call it cardio but it was work.
5-crunches:0 whoops forgot about the crunches!

BRIDE, I found some Larabars at the local grocery. Have found that I dont care for the chocolate coconut too much but it was good regardless! Cant wait to try the others!!!

REDUCING - Its really hard to find other exercises!!! I still have not done that... I love to hike but have to drive for at least an hour to find trails, I cant walk in my neighborhood unless its under the cover of darkness because non of my neighbors understand the word exercise, they think I am out to chat with everyone!! I could play basketball with my son, and that is actually fun but, boy, I cannot keep up with them! May try to incorporate that while its still nice! I did get some yardwork in and that works as an alternative. But by far, the gym seems to be the only place I get any good work and that is getting boring at times! I too need to find something new!

Sorry for the long post everyone! Didnt post yesterday so I have a lot built up! Hehehehehhehe! Have a good Sunday!!!

The coolest thing happened today!!! Someone from larabar left a comment on my weightloss blog and told me to email him because he wanted to send me some larabar goodies!! I guess he saw how much I eat them and give them free advertising, lol. Can't wait to get some larabars for free! Wild, huh? I've never had a maya bar, but they look delicious so I hope they include a few in my gift assortment!

do the maya bars have 1.5 servings of fruit too?

I'm looking online right now trying to find out.

update.
I called the larabar company, and they say maya bars contain the same fruit servings at the larabar.
In case anyone was as curious as I was..lol.

I have a goal to get down to the 150's by next week, so I'm hitting it hard! This is a great forum for me.

BTW you have me curious about the Larabars. Can you find them in stores? Wholefoods?

4. Fitness: 1 hour pilates, 15 min. stair-stepper
5. Crunches: Pilates, anyone? OK, I was scared to do more, as I didn't know how sore I would be. Turns out, my abs aren't too bad.

i didn't loose any weight last week but i am in pants i haven't been able to wear in a while

i have upped my protein and decreased my fat and carbs(of course staying in my calorie range just changing the ratio to build muscle)

Hi all - I'd like to join in! This would be really helpful in keeping me in check before the next challenge.

Here's what I did yesterday:
1. Calories: 1,461 (my range is 1200-1550)
2. Water: 92 oz
3. Nutrition: fell short
strawberries(1), Mixed Fruit (1), about 3/4 larabar (1). Slacked on the veggies - not good!
4. Fitness: Couldn't make it in the morning and had a photography class from 7-10pm. Thursday nights will either have to be my rest day, or I'll have to get up veeerrry early.
5. Crunches: 100

We have friends in town this weekend, so it's going to be tough, but I'm going to commit to making smart choices at restaurants and keeping the drinking to a minimum.

Thank you, Robin! I feel special:)! I was trying to do it on my own on the weekends we weren't doing the challenge but I found myself getting lazy, not wanting to cook my veggies or exercise. I have to be accountable!!!

Yes, this format is fine with me, just as long as I'm reporting in to my "drill sargeant!" HA! Just kidding!

I'll start today, since I didn't know we were doing this until I heard from Carrie (JustForMe123). I did pretty good yesterday except for exercise so I guess yesterday was my "rest" day. My daughter had a basketball game an hour drive away to another school so time ran out on me yesterday, but I'm here now!

Robin, tell me where to get the larabars you keep talking about. I'd like to try em.

(dried fruit(7), pear (1), romaine (2.5) = 10.5
4. Fitness: 30 min step aerobics tape, 45 min step aerobics class
5. Crunches: 280

btw, you've got me totally excited about those larabars! I haven't even tried them yet:[ But I ordered a sampler pack of all ten plus 4 maya bars from fitfuel.com. I can't wait to try them!
As you can see from my dried fruit binge displayed above, I love me some fruit!

LOL. I only ate 2!!! Each one has 1.5 servings of fruit though. I usually have 1 in the morning and one in the afternoon, unless I have baked low carb muffins. I've just been lazy about making the muffins and what can I say? I LOVE me some larabars!!
