| Thanks Healthy. The dried fruit and almonds are wonderful ideas. Good ideas to chew on (no pun intended):)

When I'm on the go and don't want to be tempted by chocolate bars, cookies, etc sold EVERYWHERE, I carry a small bag of dried apricots with me. I also keep unsalted almonds or other nuts in my bag. Another healthy snack is fruit...that won't get smashed, of course (apples, oranges,...).
Hope this helps!

Hi there, I'm new to Spark so bare with me here (well not literally):). I work in an ER. My shifts are usually 12 hours/13 hours and it's been hard for me to eat right or eat at all until I get home and then I gorge and don't always make my well planned out choices. Is anyone else in this predicament with a busy lifestyle/work style? Anybody have good ideas for food on the go besides carrot stix? Thanks for any ideas. This is such a great place by the way!
