HI, i tried going to your page but when i clicked on the link for body under construction i got the error? not sure what you meant by going to your page? Where is the group at? Here? I just graduated nursing school and put on a lot of weight over the past 5 years, am taking a healthy eating, jazz, group aerobics, women's total body fitness classes at the community college with my last 2 classes for my RN prerequites. Stress, and studies were my excuse...not good one, considering i had to get my gallbladder out in january as a result..thought i could just "wait" til i got out of school.!! Need encouragement and want to be an encouragement too.

| Hi Everyone! I would love to join this challenge. Here's a lil about me: I'm 18 married to a wonderful man and I have a 14 month old daughter. I gained 55 lbs during my pregnancy (starting at 125) ending at 180 lbs. I currently weigh 170 after gaining 20 lbs BACK just this summer. :( A challenge could really be what I need to keep myself motivated. Thanks!

Right now we are getting prepared and getting to know each other a bit, I have a couple tips posted so far(on the teams forum thread) and will do that throughout the challenge. We are up to 28 members and I'm so excited!
Everyone is still welcome to join, it doesn't officially start until Monday. Hope to see some more new Sparkfriends! Lisa

It will be 6 weeks based on the book "Make the Connection" from Bob Green I will have daily inspirations/questions You will answer a brief questionaire in the beginning. Weigh in once a week where you will also post how well you are sticking with the program. It will require weekly preparations(food shopping) And of course the 10 steps which are:
1. cardio 5x a week 2. exercise in the zone(intensity of workout) 3. minimum 20 minutes in the zone 4. stay in calorie range 5. 3 meals 2 snacks 6. no eating 2 hours before bedtime 7. limit/eliminate alcohol 8. 8 glasses of water 9. 2 fruits and 3 veggies a day 10. daily renewal of commitment(I will help with this one)
