Water - yes - 14 (8oz) glasses

Cardio - yes - 45 mins. aerobics

Strength - yes (upper & lower) - 15 20 mins incorporated into the 45 min aerobics (circuit training)

Stretch - Yes - before and after - also included in my aerobic workout

Calories - 1,262

Sodas - no

Breakfast - yes
