Mclevenger - I was pretty good at the beach. I was in calorie range 3 of 4 days and I worked out all 4 days!! One day I got up and ran 4.5 Miles while everyone else slept in. The condo was very nice and had a gym! It was a beautiful wedding and the food was amazing. Well worth the cheat for that one night. I ate and drank way to much at the wedding though. I am hoping it won't bite me at my weigh in tomorrow!

Wow, everyone did a great job. I followed this challenge but did not post my results because I was unable to track my food for 3 of the days. I did all the other requirements and lost 3 lbs. I am looking forward to the next challenge, does anyone know the site address, or are we going to post on this one again?

Almost to the end and I did horribly:

Day 6

Calorie Range 1200-1550

Calories - 956 = 0 pts
Nutrition - Grapes, Pear, Canned peaches, Broccoli, lettuce, cucumber, sprouts, tomato and tomato juice = 10 pts
Water - 12 cups =10 pts
Exercise - 30 minutes of strength training = 10 pts
Crunches - 100 =10 pts

Me to Momfit45! I still have to get home from dinner (already planned) and get my cardio in - but am posting before I head home from work -

Crunches - 10 (and walking lunges too!)

Good job and great challenge. I was unable to post my last day's points, and I did have another perfect day...it wasn't easy.

But nonetheless, I am grateful to have been on this challenge, even though I am not nearly as good at it as most everyone. But I still feel happy and I had a 2.3 weight loss!!! That to me is amazing. Thanks for this challenge.

CONGRATS EVERYONE!!! There were some huge 2 and 3 and 4 pound losses this week, not to mention a bunch of us got back into the swing of things with the balance of nutrition, water, and exercise. I love the positive vibes of this group. Please join me for round three which starts on Monday!

Bridemoto - Yes, I did lose 2 pounds on the first challenge too. Although I must say that I think it's mostly because I have so much to lose at this point. I know as I lose more and more that the losses will be harder to come by. Although I really am working my butt off (literally).

I'm probably most proud of my loss this challenge time because it's been that time of the month and instead of gaining water weight I've actually lost. Oh, and my goodness did the crunches help with cramps!

I hope you have a wonderful trip! And yes, most definitely I'll be back for round 3. I can't wait!

Made it through the challenge! A few less than perfect days, but I'm happy with my performance overall! I will weigh myself later today and post my end weight...(I worked night shift this week, so I usually weigh myself when I wake up in the afternoon to be my "morning" weight.) Thanks BrideMoto for organizing the challenge. I look forward to the next one!

Just about a pound...but get this...it's "that" time of the month for me...and I have always gained 2-3 pounds in water weight during that time and have always had crazy eating binges....so HURRAH! BrideMoto for the challenge...not one breakdown and I lost weight instead of gained!

Thnx for the comments! The pic you see on my icon is from about 10 years ago! Using it as motivation to get my butt in gear! It seems to be working!

I love SP too! Its so nice to find a group of people that dont turn their nose up at 10 fruits and veggies a day! LOL! My BF makes fun of me because I spend so much time on here.. Makes fun of my SP while eating a sugar cookie and laying around watching TV!! I gotta do sumpthin or I'll end up right there with him! Hopefully, one day, he will join me! I wont hold my breath tho!

WHAAAAAATTTTtttt?!!! Not unusual though! My weight will fluxuate by 5 lbs on a regular basis.. I feel great and know that I am leaner than I was last week and thats all that matters to me!

EC3: Drink an extra 2 glasses of water-- Was in the bathroom all Day it seemed like! I lost count at 16!!!

EC4: Give up alcohol, sweets, fried food, and regular soda for the day. Done!

Fitness: 30 min on treadmill. I tried a new program, it kicks my butt with the inclines and there's no walking, it's all jogging. Whew!-- 10 pts

Fruits/Veg: 1/2c blueberries, 1 c. lettuce, 1/2 c black beans, 1c spaghetti squash, 1/4 c zucchini, 1 pluot.-- 10 pts
