CHENIA!!!! I am cheering wildly for you! Such willpower to do EC on a day when you went to a festival. Wow. You are amazing. Keep it up, just a few days left.

Good Morning Everyone!
Checking in for Sunday:
I had a not so good day on Saturday, so I opted for the EC points on Sunday to bring up my total!

1. Calories: 1236 (range: 1200-1550)10 pts + bonus!

2. Fitness: 1 hour of Pilates (& lots of walking at Oktoberfest!)10 pts + bonus!

3. Water: 3 1/2 liters (approx. 115 oz) 10 pts + bonus!

4. Fruits & Veg: Fruit Salad for bkfst (2 srvngs), 1/2 c black beans & 1/2 c. corn w/dinner, and 1 c. strawberries after dinner. No fried foods, sugar, alcohol or soda! Let me tell you, at oktoberfest, I drooled over the funnel cakes and normally we go over to the beer garden, but not this time!) 10 pts + bonus! (I should get extra extra bonus for the will power not to eat all the food there! LOL)

5. Crunches: 200--10 pts + bonus!
