EC4 Give up alcohol, sweets, fried food, and regular soda for the day. 10 not sure of points
Post daily. Give yourself 10 points for each category you complete and a bonus 50 points for a perfect day. I hope everyone has a perfect week (700 points possible) but if not, the person with the mostEC 1: Plan your meals ahead and eat within 50 calories of your low range number (if low range is 1200, consume between 1200-1250). Must be exact - the point is to plan ahead and use self control.

EC2: Do an extra 30 minutes of weight training or cardio (total of 60 min on day after mess up)

EC3: Drink an extra 2 glasses of water (96 oz total on day after mess up)

EC4: Give up alcohol, sweets, fried food, and regular soda for the day.

5. Crunches: 100 (I had to break it up though again doing sets of 25 tomorrow I'm gonna try sets of 30-30-40)I'm hoping to try to get to do 1 set of 100.

So, I actually made it today...
Calories: 1540 (barely made it!)
Exercise: 30 minute run, 20 minutes abs & buns
Fruits: 5 (blueberries,mango tango juice, cabbage, zucchini, potatoes & carrots)
Water: 10 cups
Crunches: definitely 100, 12 minute abs

Perfect day!!

Another great day, despite the fact that it's Friday! Weekends kill me!

Calories: 1265-- 10 pts
Fitness: 50 min pilates--10 pts
Water: 85 oz. (just Barely! phew!)--10 pts
Fruits/Veggies: 1 c.Canteloupe, Salad w.lunch and dinner, 1/2 cup tomatoes, baked potato for dinner --10 pts!
Crunches: 140-- 10 pts

Perfect Day Bonus: 50 pts

Total--100 pts! Yes!!

I must admit, I ran & did the crunches just before logging on because I didn't want that to be the one thing not getting me points!

LOSINIT2DAY - Stand by for Round III :) People seem to like it, so I guess I'll do another one. But, since it is so strict I will always have a few days in between challenges. The next one will most likely start Monday 10/16. I'll post the thread early though so stay tuned!

Busse03 - don't push too hard, you have to take care of your body and rest if you are going to get better! We won't hold it against you if you want to sit this round out and catch us for the next one.

What a great challenge!! This is the kind I wished I could come up with myself. Are you going to continue this challenge next wee as well cause I'd really liek to join up but being behind on the week is not whwer I'd like to start up. I'd like to follow the challenge this week starting tomorrow and then join officially next week.

Let me know if this is going to be able to happen cause I am very excited to be able to join in!
