| Lets make a small goal of losing 2 pounds this week. I know that it's a regular spark goal, but we should start small. Any suggestions are welcome and I usually weigh in on Tuesdays but everyone can do so whenever they feel. This is going to be great.

Yes I'm up for starting another one. I need a challenge to help me keep motivated. We'll be a team and help each other through everything. Sounds great. Let's get started!
Let's decide on a weigh in day. Have small goals set such as Calorie limits, amount of water to consume on a daily basis and how much weight we want to try to lose in a week. If anyone has any ideas or wants to change anything let me know. I've never started a challenge on my own but we'll be ok. Good luck to all and congratulations on wanted to achieve your goals.
