How's it going?
I was out of town, and for 11/1-4 my times were something like 30 min one day, 40 another and 50 another. So I think I made it to 300 minutes in the week.
11/5- 15 min walking. so 285 left for this week

I walked 30 minutes this morning, but plan on walking for tonight when I take the kids trick or treating...should be a good hour :)

| Hi all. I just joined Spark People over the weekend and would love to join your challenge. I think that walking 5 hours a week would be a great way to help me reach my goal. I will post later how much i have walked today. Thanks.

Good to see you here again.
Yeah...I've been thrown off some with travelling. Still walking around some to get here and there, so there is some exercise, but just not keeping track much this week.
Let's not give up though. Do what we can. Yes we do get thrown off sometimes. I've been encouraged to see the pounds continuing to, slowly, be shed as I try to pay attention to keep walking and watch what I eat (that part is more of a challenge this week too!).
so...don't know if i'll report walking time this week or not, but i Will catch up with you again here next week. See you then!

| I have NOT met my goals for the last week or so. Nothing like a good cold to throw off your routine! i did get a lot of walking in last week while I was out of town, but didn't keep track of the minutes. I'm hoping to get back into my workout routine this week. I can sure tell a difference in how I feel when I'm not working out!!

No exercise today so i got to up it to 90 min the next two days, but I can do it! I'll do some tae bo before we leave for the gym and when we get back that 10 min and than I'll dance for like 10 min today...works for me! Wish me luck!

Will also have walked up 20 flights of stairs (down 13) by the end of today. I looked it up on a site--1 flight of stairs = 16 calories burned--definitely worth recording in fitness section.

today I was helping my husband build a fence. We were there almost 4 hours. This included lots of walking, carrying boards, chasing the kids, and lots of other stuff so I reached my 300 min this week plus some more. I may run on the treadmill tonight too. I hope everyone is having a good weekend
