Hi all. I am a mom to 4 little boys. I work full time and have very limited time to worry about working out and planning healthy low calorie meals. So I'd like to challenge all you other busy mommies to make time each day to take care of yourself and become that sexy lady within the frumpy mommy. I thought it would be cool to check in with each other every day and report our calories, workouts and do weekly weigh ins. At the end of the week whoever stuck within their calorie range and got their daily workouts in, can reward themselves with something special such as giving themselves a facial, or manicure. Anyone interested?
Weight: 159.5 daily calorie range: 1200-1400 workouts: 5 days 40 min cardio, 3 days strength training Reward Working Toward: At home spa night.
