I am admistering a team titled "Lose 5 lbs. a month" The first Monday of September is when the challenge starts. If anyone would like to join please let me know. I just sent out questionares to the people that were interested. These will not be posted with your reasponses.
*If you are not part of the team let me know so I can send an invite. I need the questionare emailed. Anyways, if you would like join here are the questions:
Hi everyone. This is for who ever want to join the lose 5 lbs. a month challenge. I need this filled out so I can for the teams. This challenge is for the month of September, and of course the main goal for each participates in to lose 5 lbs. in a month.
I am asking these questions mainly to pair each team up equally and for future challenge reference. Each week there will be different task to do to help you achieve your goal. Losing weight isn’t only physically challenging but also emotionally challenging.
Sometimes the challenges will focus on us looking at our life in an emotional way. If you don’t want to share you don’t have too. But I do ask you find a friend to confine in.
Our key focus is for ourselves and our teammates. Being on a team, means giving support and encouragement. It also means not being afraid to ask for support and encouragement. If we slip up, that’s okay, as long we find it within ourselves to get back on track.
Requirements for this challenge: (Yes, there are requirements. Simple Ones)
• Fill in the question sheet. I will be basing teams off of it. Since it is Labor Day weekend, please feel free to turn it in late if needed. But I do ask if you can please fill it and email me ASAP.
• Have the will and the want to lose weight.
• You must post on the team page at least 3 times per week.
• Speak up if you have any ideas of your own.
• Weigh every Monday. On the last day of the month, weigh in yourself again. (Yes, this means on last week you may weigh in twice) • Ask for help from team member if your feeling this is a losing battle. We are here for each other.
• Honesty is sometimes needed. However, I don’t believe in the saying “I’m not a witch I just tell it like it is.” That’s why there is a thing called tact don’t be mean and cruel on your post.
This question sheet will not be posted on the team page. However, with your consent I will forward it to your team leader(s). Please don’t answer any questions you don’t feel comfortable asking; however, remember we are here to help each other not to judge.

I will have the teams posted the first Monday of September. (September 4)
So this is just the start of a long good road ahead of us. I believe with each other’s help and support we can and will lose this weight together. Each month a new challenge will start since the main focus is Lose 5 lbs. a month. I am open to any ideas/suggestions and I hope you find this challenge useful. Please email this back to me ASAP.
