Hey, I don't think the time issue matters. It's how many calories you take in vs. the calories out (burned). About the counting thing. go to our nutrition page off of your MY HOME page and just add whatever was on your english muffin sand. and margarita pizza and it will calculate the calories for you. Have you done that yet? seperated the ingredients out and added them that way? i have to do that a lot because some things I eat aren't necessarily on the list as one thing so I have to seperate them.
