I did great today. I ate healthy foods within my calorie range. I didn't eat after dinner either.

I haven't been eating past dinner lately, but I've been eating really bad during the day. I am always so sick after dinner lately. I will try harder this week though. Hopefully, I can make it.

I have been doing pretty good but there are times because of meds. that I get up about 2 or 3 o'clock P.M. So my meals are totally screwed up. In fact it happened today, I got up at 3:30 this afternoon the 1st of Oct.

| I have been doing really good about this challenge. I haven't ate anything after dinner. Instead I just focus on something else. I have a little routine. I will eat dinner, then I will take care of everything and do dishes. Then I will check my e-mail, watch a little tv and then hop into bed. I hope I keep doing good with this.

Hey everyone! I haven't been following this challenge at all. I've been eating whatever and whenever I wanted. I don't even know why. I will start back on the challenge today. Next time I feel like I am sliding off, I will post here to get some support before I take it to far (like now).

| I would love to join this challenge! This is my weakness ever since the baby was born. He is up late and so am I so now I just eat. I got to stop it and instead drink some water or something.

| Gosh guys I have not been good with this challenge, so I am re-instating myself to it! I go to night scholl now and do FANTASTIC eating all day. I even saved some calories to have a yogurt last night, but at 1100 pm I found myself, trily hungry and I dove into a ham sandwich and chips. I figured everything I ate into todays calories, but now it looks like only string beans and salad for me today. It is reall hard not to eat past dinner when I am up so late and eat dinner at 7. Oh well, I am battoning down the hatches. If I do not stick to not eating after dinner todfay I need one of you to figure out some punishment! It sounds funny, but it is true - puishups or something. My integrity is too high not to keep you all informed. Send any willpower my way because I WANT and AM going to break this habit! No more eating late at night! I need your help, guys.

| i really want to stick to this challange but i know it's going to be hard because my husband comes home late at night and he eats right before jumping into bed, its so hard not to have a snack with him.

I am glad that I decided not to eat after 8:00 I have slipped a couple of times eating at 10:00.I do have a snack before I go to bed. It could be a or a or a container of jello.

| Hi everyone! Well I find myself back up to 136. So I am starting over from scratch with SP. I willing am starting over to re-learn the basics from STEP 1. So here I am and am ready to not be so obssesive with this. By December 2, I WILL be at my goal! I used to think that a couple of months is a long time, but now that I am getting older I know that time flies. So, I am excited! I can't wait. And, I am excited to start from the baSICS AGAIN WITH THE HELP OF sp. With a lifestyle change it is good for me to go back and re-learn things I have been in contact with before. I want to be more "grown-up" about this time around, and be my own mommy when it comes to not just letting myself indulge in anything that I want. Also, if anyone is interested I am going to probably be posting more so on Jenns challenge 'TIGHT and TONED' I encourage everyone to look at it. Bye for now, Bonnie

My kitchen is officially closing at 10p Sunday through Thursday (exceptions on Friday/Saturday due to date night, etc.)

Bonnie: I splurge one night also. I should have posted about it on here. I felt really bad about it, but the next day I really started to kick butt. I think every once in awhile you need to let loose. Let everything out. It makes dieting so much easier for me.

| Well, I suppose I am writing this just to get it off of my chest. I did 110% all week and last night I binged, basically on all of my favorite foods. I made myself so SICK that I never want to do that ever again! I didn't exceed 2,500 calories and have kept my calories between 1200-1350 all week. So even though I splurged last night I am not going to fret over it. Today is new and I still feel absolutely fantastic and in control!!! Hope evryone is doing well. God Bless...Bonnie

| Excellent job! I have noticed that eating in general is not an evil for me now. I am eating very healthy without trying and loving it! I feel great, and it is showing when I weight in!!! I am so proud of everyone involved in this challenge! You, and I all should really give ourselves praise! | Well I have noticed if I allow myself one tiny snack as a dessert after dinner then not continually snacking urges are gone. I had a banana last night for dessert, iot was like 1100pm and I did not want to go to bed on an empty stomach. Plus it was within my daily calorie range. So, I did eat past dinner, but it helped me not to binge. I dunno what it is about having a little something at night, It is great that I am choosing a healthy little something that is only about 100 calories instead of bingiong on crap. I am really proud of everyine sticking to this challenge. KUDOS to all!!!

I hope your weigh in goes good Bonnie! Let me know! I remember reading that it takes 21 days to make something a new habit, I think we are pretty close to that mark. I know that I have an easier time resisting the urge to snack at night. I have done really good with it this weekend, despite the fact of staying up past 1am!

| Hi, sorry I have been out of the loop for awhile. I am making myself weigh in tomorrow, and I had a good three days of not being too mindful of my healthy lifestyle change. But, you know what I am going to ease up on myself a bit. I feel like I am letting my physical appearance desires control my life, and I need to step back a bit and remember the here and now is only a shell. So I am going to guess tomorrow at 134. Steve says it will be 131. 131 would be very nice. But if it is not, well no biggie because every day is a new one and I am in very good health right now - 115lbs. or not. So I will continue on fulfilling my goals, but I am not going to hate myself over having a burger and fries one night...Byr for now, Bonnie

It was wonderful! Thanks for asking. First, great job on the pounds you have lost! I see your challenge has helped you out so much, I'm so glad you started this. It really does get easier, I did good last night too. I'm no longer wanted to eat anything, so I have brought my time down to 8pm.

| Welcome back Jenn, Good Job on sticking with the challenge. It totally is all in the mind. I haven't been 100%, but I have maintained accountability of what goes in my mouth, and if it is over my daily cal. needs I enter into another day so I don't just go over evry night. How was your vacation?

I just ate dinner. It is now 7:50 and I am staring at the kitchen. Its like Disneyworld to me right now. Im not hungry but I literally would drink pickle juice at this moment. I don't need anything but I want everything.

| Great! Just make sure you get all of your calories in for the day to be done as you finis dinner. Maybe eating later will keep you fuller to go to bed on a full tummy! I usually eat around 5 or 6. I know I get pretty hungry by 9ish. Good luck, even though we both you know you and I don't need it - we got this thing covered!!!

This is a little crazy. I joined the challenge to help me with my bad habit of eating after dinner. Now, for the last few days my husband and I have eaten dinner at 7p. The only thing that helps is that I don't eat after its so late.
