I have a friend who has lost fifty pounds this year by doing nothing except making sure she burns an extra 100 calories every single day. That means she might add a walk, run a mile, do whatever...she still does everything else...just added 100 calories each day before she hits the pillow. It sounds like something I can do...how about any of you?
