I also find the food tracker too time consuming. It's not that I don't want to do it... it just takes up a lot of my time because the site is so slow! I love coming to SP & I'm on it daily, but by the time I get to all the pages & do my reading & posting there's no time for logging food/exercise. Most times I can get things logged in morning & at lunch, but after work I don't get back to the computer so most times I don't bother finishing the food tracking.

Hi all, I dont know if there's anyone else in the same boat but theres no possible way I can count everything every day! However I would like to lose 1kg a week from now until XMAS DAY... and thats enough of challenge for me! I'm thinking a once a week weigh-in, at whatever you set yourself to lose per week... simple as that! Or if anyone else can think of something maybe with minimal counting... I'm in :)
