| Well it sounds like you are on the right track. Between being nauseous and working out you have got it made. Tomorrow is my weigh in day so I am trying to be extra good. I know I am down at least 4 more pounds. I am shooting for 10 pounds a month.

Haha. I guess i could do that! It more of a 'omg he's calling me..why!" kind of nauseous. We broke up in January and sadly enough, im still missing him (or possibly just a relationship)
Im working out right now (just taking a little break to watch SNL!)

| Well, if you ex makes you nauceous then maybe you should post his picture and keep him around to help all of us. LOL.. Maybe that is what we should do think of some stuff that would discourage the thought of making food appetizing. Like scrubbing the toilet or something..

I just got a call from my ex-bf but i didnt answer it. It acutally made me feel a little nauceous (dont know why) so i think im good for the rest of the night.
Maybe a little glass of wine will help

I think my problem is all the stuff you do at night reminds you of food. Like watching tv, I see the food commercials. If I read a book and they start talking about food. If I walk through the kitchen I have no watchdogs to keep me legal. LOL.. I have a lot of hobbies but I don't really do them late at night. So we need to figure something to distract us. CIndy

Its like i have all this free time at night to relax, read and watch tv and i still get 'bored' and stuff my face! 
I always try and consider 'tips' that are listed on this site and the message boards but they never seem to work. I guess i just need to keep my hands busy and ALOT of support :)

I have been looking for a challenge to join. And this one seems to fit my profile pretty well. I think it is a great idea whether there is one going like it or not. I am a night owl and need some preoccupation for sure.

Im not sure if there is one like this already, but i could really use it. I do good all day and BAM, 2 hours after dinner im eating everything in sight!
I would like to start a nightly challenge to keep us all 'occupied' and stay away from eating. We can chat about anything, books, tv, movies, what we did that day, whatever.
It would also be a great way to make new friends! Would anyone like to join?
