This is just an interesting idea that I thought might be good.
Every three weeks for the next year, try to get somebody interested in dieting, getting in shape, getting toned, or just being healthier in general.
Try to get atleast three people interested in those three weeks. -One friend -One family member -One stranger/acquaintance
Just think, there will be atleast three people every month whos life you have changed.
Perhaps it will motivate you on your journey?
Just an idea.
