Hi There I am wanting to start a challenge. Lose 45 Pounds October 26? Doing it the healthy way. Drop the sodas and bad food along with candy. Every now and than is okay, just not daily. Any form of exercise five days a week for at least 30 minutes. . . Anyone up for the challenge to drop 45 by 10.26?
