Not the best week but I have been very aware of what I am eating. Normally I just shove it in with out another thought.
Instead of guesstimating cal. if you go to receipes there is a link on the right that will allow you to type in a receipe and it gives you the cal. I've used it alot and it sure does help!

Sarah - we don't subtract anything. When you setup your SP range you enter how much cardio you are doing or how many days you are doing cardio and the calorie range for food that you are given is what you should be eating. Let me know if you have any other questions.

Hi Everyone! Checking in for tonight!

Did well today, still was never hungry and ate lots of good for me food... I did skip breakfast by accident (had a meeting and it ran long, by the time it was over it was lunch, so I ate that!) but ate a good healthy dinner (veggie burger on whole wheat bread with a small salad) and had enough cals left over for a dish of ice cream and more cals to spare!
Jo, sure sounds like you had a good time! Did you mean Oregon? As in the states? It is funny to think of an Oregon guy having an accent but I guess we all do huh!? Are you guys going to go out again?
Well, after the gym tonight I am tired! so off to bed... talk to you all tomorrow!

I'll be in for the first four days of the week again - I'm leaving Thursday for a long weekend in Virginia - I changed my goals and increased my exercise a little - my Spark Range is now 1460-1810 - I will be below 1600 each day - Probably lower but we'll see - I want to see if this will help get out of this plateau I am finding myself in!

ok, the famous date lol we met for a drink at a pub just round the road from both of us (he lives in the same suburb can you belive!) then he drove me over the hill to lyttelton port town in his little souped up boy's toy car lol, had dinner at a lovely restaurant called the volcano (would you believe that i only had 1 1/2 small slices of pizza!!!!!) we then went and parked by the port and watched the ships lights and talked.... kissed a little bit... and like the good girl I am, I was back home by 9pm lol
Oh, and he's a origon (sp) boy! nice accent lol

Thanks Amanda, the pic was taken a few months ago, did the family portrait with the kids and they took seperates too, when my friend saw this one she told me i had to get it or she'd kick me for the next few months lol (yes i'm one of those who are normally BEHIND the camera not in front of it lol)
Another 2 1/2 hours until the date... another hour until i get out of work... i have so many 's at the moment i MUST be burning some calories! lol
