1-All members are required to meet at least 3 times per week for a fun workout.
2-Once enough people join, we will pair into groups.
-Each group will act as Acountablility Partners to the other person.
-We will make sure that our partners make it to the workouts and maintain their dietary goals for weight loss.
3-Each week a different pair of Accountability Partners will be reponsible for planning the workouts.
-You can plan a game, like Steal the Bacon,lol
-Or you can pick something traditional: -walking, running..etc...
