| nope it wouldn't, it helps give you energy for the day.. the detox diet reccomand you get get some protein powder for your smoothies

Well, I didn't make it today...
I think I will give the detox plan a whirl, I love fruit and fresh veggies, the bad thing is I have to get in some protein. Any ideas how I can add some into the plan? I use unjury whey protein daily, but wouldn't want to interfere with the detox!!!

i have this detoxification book that i bought in boreders.. but never really try it cause it seems so hard... but here's one.. if u wanna try.. there are quite a lot of diff type of detoxificaiton but.. the smoothie one isn't that extreme, (can use this to detox in 1-2 weeks)
upon rising: two glass of water
breakfast: one piece of fresh fruits, 15-30 mins later make a smooth w/ fruit, juice, or milk (whatever combination that meets your need)
lunch: a smooth or fresh vege juice
snack: same thing as lunch
dinner: same as lunch
before retiring: no food after dinner, only water or herbal tea

Yeah, I guess I should have added that "unsugared" was to mean no added sugar, naturally occuring sugar is always good in my book. For example, since I can't have milk this AM, I am having my powdered protein drink mix blended with a banana and ice chips, not exactly liquid, but not a processed, sugary food!! If you have any more ideas for me, please, please, please don't hesitate to help me out!!!

        Hey! After checking my goals this week (gained 3 unexpected pounds & grew some unwanted inches), I feel the need for a fast to clear my thoughts (and my body)!! This fast will run today, from now until breakfast tomorrow. I will only intake liquids with no sugar or fat calories (I will basically do water/propel/chicken broth/sugar-free jello/etc.
Feel free to join me!!!! If several of you are interested, we can do this weekly or monthly!
