Hey!
My name is Christa and I am new to the spark. I have been doing WW core but wanted to see the breakdown of the fat, protein, ect....that I was eating. I LOVE this site!
Just a little about me:
I like to run and am training for my 5th marathon in October and the WDW marathon in Jan. I also like to bike and swim. I am trying to have a balance with my food and exerize.

Gatorphipps, I apologize for not getting back to you sooner, I rely heavily on receiving an email when people post to this thread, and I haven't received any lately. It was mere luck that I dropped in tonight, or should I say, this morning to see if there was any activity!
Please find the 'Spark Fit Club - Seedlings in Training' thread. You can do a search at the top of this page. Just introduce yourself and the others will greet you and make you feel at home...We will be placing all the new recruits onto teams with the next phase of the challenge. To be honest, I can't remember what day that starts, but I will find out and post it to the Seedlings thread!
Welcome aboard, and hope to get to know you better through the seedlings thread....

Because we have enough people to start another new team already, we are asking everyone on this list to go to the "Sparkfit Club-Seedlings in Training" Team forum and introduce yourself, and get started on the challenges.

Hey PATTI24!
Go to your SparkPoints page...and you will see a secondary tab that says Spark Teams. Click on that & then search for "Spark Fit Club"... and it should be first on the results list! Hope this helps!

Welcome Patti, you will also be on the Magically Minimizing Magnolias team. You can introduce yourself in the Magnolias team forum here in the challenges board. Also join the Spark Fit Club team so you can post to the team threads as well. You team leader is Hummerts_wife (Heather). She will help you feel at home as soon as she comes on line. If you have any questions, please let me know. I will check back with you later this evening to make sure you have found your way to your team.
Our challenges run from Friday thru Thursday, and we make it mandatory that all members report their stats to the team thread on Fridays(you can work something out with your leader if need be), and post at a minimum, at least 1 other time throughout the week. The more times you check in with the team, the more support and encouragement you will receive...
Any questions...please let me know and I will be happy to help!
