I'm in Todd. I weigh on Fridays in the July challenge I am in now...so I'll post on Friday what the official weight loss is for my week. I agree with the 21 days thing...I have been working out now for 20 straight days...not one day missed! It is becoming addicting. I can't wait to do it and the weight is beginning to show it now. Day 21 will be today and it is a habit now. It is like brushing our teeth. We have to do it everyday! IF you want we can have bonus challenges at times too, for instance...today for your snacks eat only fruit or veggies...or don't eat anything after dinner today for a bonus...or you'll get a point today if you stay within your calorie range, there are so many things we could do! Let me know what you think...but count me in!

People say it takes 21 days to develope a new habit. I figure this will give us plenty of time. Let's have weigh in once a week on wednesday's. You get 1 point for each lb lost for the week, also each day you get points for cups of water, and minutes of exercise. Each week I will tally up the points and let you know what the standings are. Let's have fun with this and encourage each other.
