If anyone would like to join me please do...I pledge to lose 1-2 pounds a week by Sunday August 6th. (my weigh in day is Thursday) for a total of 10+ pounds! my wieght today (Sunday July 2nd) is 184 pounds...(I gained a pound from last week) and here is a "yummy" recipe to start your week off:
Fruit Crepe
Easy!
1 egg 1/3-1/2 cup low fat cottage cheese (I use 2%) 1 Tbsp. 1% milk (I use 2%) 1/2 slice bread 1/2-3/4 warmed fruit your choice (I like bluberries frozen) sweetener to taste (your choice) (I use splenda)
Combine egg, milk and bread in a blender untill smooth; Add sweetner and a pinch of salt if desired. Pour batter into a heated non-stick pan. Cook over medium heat untill bubbles appear over entire surface. Remove from heat, loosen edge with a spatula and flip carefully. Return to heat untill underside is light brown. Slide onto a warm plate, fill with cottage cheese and fold. Top with warm fruit with a bit of sweetner added. "ENJOY"!
