Hello All! Sorry I have not posted in so long. My life is a little in shambles. BUt I have been watching all my ffod, keeping active and drinking lots of water. My weight is down and I can feel my clothes getting loose. You are all doing such a great job with sticking to the challenges, and the weight loss is fantastic! Thank you all for all the support you give to all of us each day.

Well, stoping by to say thanks to all of you. Here I found family, friends, people that felt like we've known each other for years. Thanks to you for your support, taking the time to help each one of us, for listening, celebrating our progress and be there for our "downs". | I didn't think I did the 7 pounds. WOW! I couldn't remember! Thanks for this and I'm going to join the August one right now. My "goal" was 5 pounds per month to get my 30 pounds by the end of the year so if I can do 7 lbs then I'm ahead of the game. Thanks Jules for doing this and for pushing me

There was an obvious relationship between the number of stars earned and amount of weight lost. The top 15 at the top of the star list lost a combined total of 64.7 lbs. The remaining 41 challengers with stars by their names lost a combined total of 59.8 lbs.
124.5 lbs lost for the group!!

Good Morning,
I weighed myself this morning and today I'm down to 158.4 pounds. I've lost 7.6 pounds so far this month and 15.6 pounds since I started SP.
Thanks Jules for a great challenge.
I was worried that the Spark Fit Club wouldn't be as tough as your challenges. Last week was the first week and we had two challenges: water and 90 minutes of Cardio for the week. We got new weekly challenges for this week: 1. Add 10% to our weekly cardio. (350 minutes). 2. Drink Equal or more water than last week. 3. Do as many push ups (any type) as you can this week. 4. Track you calories all week and give weekly range and results. 5. 30 minutes of me time.
Jules I think they may be able to keep me focused. I still liked the daily strength exercises and will probably do three of my own everyday.

Hello,
We just returned from an evening out and I realize that I didn't post a challenge for the weekend. It seems that our month is winding down but there's a new thread started already from Xiomi and Ginger for the new August challenge - it sounds great!
As for a challenge for this weekend - I challenge you all to make up your own challenge!!!! . Include a task to be completed that involves exercise and diet as well as some sort of social motivation. (as per our weekend standards!). Basically, go out and enjoy your weekend. Celebrate your successes and your new attitude towards your ever-improving healthy lifestyle.
I'm waiting for a few more weigh-in's and Friday reports before doing the stars and final tally's for the month. I have a feeling some of the numbers will change, so I'll wait for a bit before posting the final results and statistics. I can tell you already that there are 4 people who lost 7 or more lbs this month. (some others are very, very close!). Xiomi is right though, it's not all about the numbers. I am so proud to read your positive messages about pants being too big, about kicking bad habits (ie: soda, tv eating), about having more energy, building muscle tone and feeling so much better about yourselves.
I thank you for all of your support, your compliments and your dedication to completing this. It was tough, and I am really proud of all of you for doing so well!!!
