Hello everyone. Xiomi here

For today,

- Water: actually I'm not a water drinker, so thanks to some friends, I doing it by 20onz bottles. At this time (12:23am) I've had 4 bottles of water, wich means 80onz. Don't know exactly how much glasses that is.

- Did 60min with my "Power 90" DVD

-Calories: 1200

-Went shopping with my best friend and walk the whole mall (2 hours). Tomorrow I'm going to the beach. Here in Puerto Rico we have a Beach Festival (kind of) with lots of music, artists and food.

My starting weight is 239. I did all right today. Drank plenty of water, as it is very hot here, and walked 30 minutes at the mall.

I was under my cardio goal for today, and severely under my calories, but otherwise not too bad. I had about 10 glasses of water, lots of fruit, no veggies I'm afraid.

Went to the movies with bf, he ordered the usual large popcorn with butter (real skinny guy, blast.), I got a diet coke and lemon head candy. I didn't have any popcorn, and didn't even open the candy. I barely even sipped the coke, as a matter of fact.

Unfortunately I only got about 200 calories today. I guess I didn't have time to eat, the day just flew past. I'll try and eat more tomorrow, I did better yesterday.

So many people! I'm sure you're all gonna do great, I can't wait to see how everyone progresses.

I had a great day today! I drank 10 glasses of water, stayed on the low end of my range (even with the barbeque I went to), and did 40 minutes on the treadmill.

Hi everyone,

I had a great day. My Mom, my daughter, MaKayla, and I went to 3 parks today. We walked a paved trail through the woods, while MaKayla rode her bike. We walked another trail to a overlook. We went to a park by the river and walked by the river and up some steps to a playground. I was so HOT we worked up a sweat (even sitting still). LOL We ate at Taco Bell. I got a taco salad without the sour cream. We had a great day, even MaKayla had a great time.

1. I drank 9+ glasses of water (12).
2. We walked about 3 hours today (in the heat). Some paths were up hill.
3. My calories 1380/1580.
4. Walked with Mom and MaKayla.

Hey everyone,

So glad we have a big group - it's going to help with support, I believe.
I'm also glad to see you working on the challenges!!

I stayed within my range today, did my walk with my family and drank 8 glasses of water. My 'hard' exercise is tomorrow, though.....I'll bike in the morning.

It might be tough to get to sleep tonight with all of the fireworks going on around here!!

Keep at it everyone. There are 46 challengers - Let's do this!!

HI all-
I stayed within my calorie range-
I am on cups 9 and 10 of water.
Walked 4 miles this morning for my aerobic work-out (I think that counts for both???)

1.NINE glasses of water... and I am a bit thirsty still...

2. I did some intense power walking for 45 minutes!

3. I did NOT stay inside my calorite range I really wanted that star! Tommorow!

4. I went on a walk with my boyfriend.

I would like to join this challenge. I just started this last tuesday and weighed myself today. I lost 3 lbs. So I figure a challenge would help me with the goal.

Hello to all of you. I would like to join this challenge: I need the motivation and support!! My weight hasn't really changed in 3 weeks... and I know why!! Respecting my calorie range has been really hard lately and since Summer's finally here, I have no excuse not to move a little more ; - )

My weight on Friday June 30 was 173.0. I guess I'll report on Sunday night and confirm if I completed the weekend challenges!!

Hey, I'd love to join, I hope it wouldn't be too late... I've hit a bit of a plateau lately and maybe something like this will give me the motivation to kick things back into gear.
What a way to start a challenge, some of the most difficult days right up front!
7 lbs would put me oh so close to my goal weight, but I'd be happy with 2 if it came down to it, anything that stays of is A-ok with me.
I'm am a newcomer to challenges, I hope that's alright...

Starting weight; 108 (hey, it rhymes!) Goal; 100, but happy with whatever I'll get.
