| Angie - you're burning a ton of calories like I am so I wouldn't worry about a high day here and there especially when you burn as many calories in the same day. Look at it this way - your net calories after subtracting your cardio calories is barely over 200! What's your BMR? Subtract that from what's left over and you are negative for the day! Then subtract your other "light activity" and you're even more negative! I wouldn't worry too much about it. Look at my numbers and I'm still losing (with the exception of the muscle I keep adding). You're doing great - keep up the great work!

I totally blew today. I had a midnight binge and then went out for mexican food for grandma's birthday. I SURE hope this doesn't mess things up. I did see a 5 pound loss this morning on the scales. I think this weekend will be rough! 7/1 2043 (calories burned: 1836) *Icecream is the devil!
