| hey!! way to go on sticking with it so well tho!! I had to cheat yesterday and on crappy food!! My mother in law and grandmother in law had a dinner for us for our anniversary and made lasagna and a bunch of casseroles. I don't even like any of that stuff. I tried to plan ahead and bring food but my husband was like, "Jenny - it is my grandma. Please just be normal tonight." I was so pissed. I've been resisting apples, my favorite food, and had to cheat on crappy lasagna, which I never have liked. So I'm back on today, but still! I was not thrilled!

DIFFICULT IS INEVITABLY MORE SATISFYING THAN EASY. SERIOUS FIGURE RESULTS REQUIRE SERIOUS EATING HABITS. (a couple of quotes I've gotten from mags or books that help me out. I had to cut up an apple for my daughter's snack and I had to sit there and say over and over to myself - 14 days, 14 days, this will make me so proud of myself if i can do this!!)

Hey! I do egg whites for breakfast most of the time. they are really good. I get this butter at walmart called promise butter and its fat free and only 5 calories per tbsp. I put that on there and either salt and pepper or splenda and cinnamon if I'm wanting sweet. Today I did that with cinnamon only - i missed the splenda!! I don't guarantee that everyone will love that recipe. I have weird combinations for food :) I must admit the fruit cravings are starting to settle in HARD now. Just letting ya know, they will be BAD tomorrow, so start thinking now about a plan to get around it!! 3 and 4 are the hardest days- then it gets better!! Keep it up - lots of h2o by the way - that helps too!!

Hi there --
I just wanted to tell you guys that you are doing so good. I read you 30-day shred plan and it sounds really good -- things I've read in different places over the year. Right now I'm just a little scared to throw my hat in the ring (besides the fact that I'm on so many other challenges right now) but I want to kind of lurk for a few days if you guys don't mind and see how you're doing. I was just talking to another trainer a few weeks ago and she was talking about how she cut out sugar completely for a while.
Keep up the good work you guys! I may join you soon.

| Hey!! I did pretty good yesterday! I did have 2 diet mt dews, but if i had to slip somewhere, i figured that was a good place to slip!! I didn't get a real good workout in though because my husband turned off my alarm. Hopefully today tho! I am struggling a bit already this morning. I was making toast for my husband and daughter and I was wanting something sweet like that or an apple...but I will fight through it. Cravings do die down after about 4-5 days, just got to make it through it!!
